Return & Exchange Policy

We provide a paid returns option at a cost of $30 for customers who are not fully satisfied with their jewelry and would like to return the item(s).   

Return Process:   

  • To initiate the return process, kindly follow the instructions provided below: 
  • Send an email to expressing your desire to return the item(s). 
  • Grown Excellence will respond by sending you a Return Authorization (RA) along with the airbill. 
  • Ensure that the item(s) are returned in their original packaging and properly double packed. This entails placing the jewelry piece(s) in their original packaging first and then placing them into an additional plain box. 
  • Please ship the return within 2 days of receiving the airbill. Failing to do so will result in an additional charge for another airbill. 

Disclaimer: Please be aware that Grown Excellence reserves the right to decline all claims if there is any evidence of product tampering or the return of counterfeit items. 

Additionally, refunds will be processed only after the product has been received and thoroughly inspected at Grown Excellence’s warehouse. For detailed information on our refund policy, please refer to our refund policy page (hyperlink to the policy). 


Refund Policy:   

The refund will be issued to the original payment method and should appear in your account within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are processed once we have received and completed the inspection of the product by the end of the day.
