At Grown Excellence, we are deeply committed to creating conscious jewelry of the utmost quality and craftsmanship. To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide a complimentary lifetime warranty on all our jewelry starting from the moment of delivery.
We meticulously craft our pieces using premium materials and the expertise of skilled artisans, resulting in timeless jewelry creations. Every item undergoes rigorous inspection before it is shipped out, upholding our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Please take note of the following terms and conditions that govern our warranty policy:
- Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
- Services such as product cleaning, prong tightening, and re-polishing are included.
- Any manufacturing defects must be reported to Grown Excellence via Piyush@grownexcellence.com within 48 hours of delivery, and the item must be returned to Grown Excellence for inspection.
- Once your jewelry arrives at Grown Excellence’s warehouse and is inspected, we will notify you via email of any applicable charges before proceeding with any necessary repairs or servicing.
Warranty Process:
To avail our warranty policy, kindly follow the procedure outlined below:
- Send an email to Piyush@grownexcellence.com, including pictures of the product.
- You will receive an email containing a Return Authorization (RA) number and a shipping label.
- It is important to double box your Grown Excellence jewelry. This entails placing the jewelry in its original packaging and then placing the box inside another plain box.
- Once the item(s) is received at the warehouse, a thorough inspection will be conducted. Please be aware that if there are any indications of tampering with the product, Grown Excellence reserves the right to nullify your warranty service, which may result in charges for product repair.
Please note that during the transit of the product back to the Grown Excellence warehouse, all items will be insured by UES at their full billing price valuations. Additionally, all warranty returns will be free of charge.
Not Applicable:
Kindly be aware that our warranty policy does not cover the following:
- Discoloration of precious metals resulting from water contact, make-up, skincare products, or exposure to other chemicals.
- Loss of crafted diamonds due to damage from everyday wear or any other form of damage.
- Theft and loss of the product.
- Restoration of broken prongs caused by normal everyday wear or any other form of damage.
- Repairs required for broken clasps or chains.
- Any alterations or customizations performed by third parties on the jewelry, as this will automatically nullify your warranty.
